Discord Community Call # 2

We are riding high on our recent integrations with the well-respected & followed names in the blockchain industry. Collaboration is the key to success & we are not leaving any stone unturned in this area. Our target is to create a decentralized ecosystem with the best DSNs, making blockchain deployment a piece of cake for developers & bridging the gap between Web 2.0 & Web 3.0 users.

Partnering with Namebase has been a pleasure as their team is extremely engaging & completely flexible. It took some effort but we were able to finish integration within the expected timeline. Our partnership with Namebase bolsters Spheron’s (previously ArgoApp)ability to connect masses to the decentralized hosting service made possible through the Arweave Protocol. Through the partnership, the Handshake ecosystem can gain access to both decentralized naming and hosting services.

Integrating Skynet was a big win for our product team as once Namebase was integrated, Skynet was completed in record time. Our integration with Skynet is set to enhance service delivery through our front-end cloud hosting application. There is also an improvement in static web hosting after the Skynet integration. Together with Arweave, the two storage solutions will provide advanced cloud storage options for our services.

Yesterday, we conducted our second Community call with both the founders, Prashant & Mitrasish, coming LIVE together to connect with the community & it was definitely an engaging affair, similar to the first one. Ideas were exchanged & notes were made to take a few of them to the actual drawing board of the company.

Here are a few highlights of what was discussed during the call:

➤ We started our session by welcoming everyone & highlighting our recent integrations with Namebase & Skynet. The team is pumped up with the recent developments & not only integrations, there was something else as well that had kept our product team on its toes last week. We had participated in the Neo Frontier Blockchain Launchpad & we won in the Excellence Awards category.

➤ The excitement didn’t end there as Prashant shared an important development with the community. We have been selected for the Newchip Accelerator’s August Cohort of 2021 & we are extremely delighted to be part of this amazing initiative that will put us up on the global stage. The program will last 24 weeks and we are confident that we will be able to gain more knowledge, get access to more tools and expand our network to fulfill our entrepreneurial goals of making blockchain accessible for mass adoption

➤ Gamification of the Spheron (previously ArgoApp) web application so that users can participate in a quest set up to earn rewards & stay engaged while deploying their projects to our decentralized ecosystem. Our aim is to make blockchain easy & adding a little fun element to it will definitely add to the user experience. We will add this thought to our to-do list & will soon come out with a time frame to add this amazing concept to our platform.

➤ An interesting idea came up during the call which looked really promising & seemed to have the potential to go to market. NFT are most likely images, with Interactive NFTs, we can make NFT of anything, like a game, blog, website, etc. We will be exploring options to create interactive NFTs & update our community accordingly.

Overall, it was amazing to see some good engaging ideas coming out in the open which instilled an interesting conversation around increasing the utility of $ARGO. We encourage everyone to join our recurring community call to give us awesome suggestions for improving our project. It means a lot to us and we love to discuss cool ideas that can be built using Spheron (previously ArgoApp).
